Ultimate SuperBowl Ribs recipe

This is the ultimate Super Bowl Ribs recipe:

1- Simmer for 1 hour at 1:30:

• 1.5kg of Ribs
• 1 or 2 tablespoons concentred chicken soup
• 1 large onion cut into 4
• 2.5 liter water
• 1 or 2 bottle of beer
• salt and pepper
• 1 tsp soup spice steak

2- Then Mix:

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 / 2 cup chili sauce
• 1 small can (156ml) tomato paste
• 1 / 2 cup honey
• 1 / 3 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup of tamari (soy sauce)
• 1 / 3 cup olive oil
• 1/3 cup lime juice
• 1 tsp of lime zest
• 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tsp Tabasco or Chipotle
• salt pepper

3- Marinate the slightly cooled Ribs all night and to the grill the next day!
